Twin Oaks Home Inspection LLC Typical Inspection Report The attached file is an example of a typical report that is e-mailed to my clients within 12 hours of the inspection and usually in the same day. After spending 2 or more hours at the home to conduct the inspection and water / radon / mold testing, I spend another 2 or 3 hours creating the report that will provide the client with details and pictures of the items found. On average, 90-150 pictures are taken of various conditions during the inspection. The pictures are used in the report to provide a visual of the defect or condition that is explained in the report. Each report is unique and specific to the inspection. No check off forms are used and full explanations along with recommendations are included in the report. Several pictures and sections on Standards and Ethics have been removed from the example to reduce the file size. |
